Corisa Wong’s work broadly focuses on water resources management and evaluating the impacts of agri-environmental practices across relevant spatial and temporal scales. Her Ph.D. research assessed the effectiveness of agri-environmental incentive programs in California and also identified opportunities to improve water and nutrient management strategies. Her current work examines freshwater quality challenges, including nutrient loading and harmful algal blooms, with a focus on understanding drivers that can include both meteorological factors and land management decisions.
